* All sold products via My Pet World app are non-returnable if it doesn't meet the refund policy. Please reach out to info@mypetworld.app for any assistance or message us on social media pages available.
* Exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on My Pet World app.
* Exchanged items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, accessories and manuals.
* Exchanged items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resell-able condition.
* Products such as, but not limited to, shaving equipment and hygiene products are not eligible for exchanges.
* You have the right to claim your refund in cash when there is a legitimate case proven. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as Visa Card/MasterCard/NAPS fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.
* You have the right to receive your refund within 30 calendar days of your original request.
* You have the right to exchange items purchased within 7 calendar days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original sealed packaging.
* Our business provides a manufacturer warranty on products if it applies. We ensure that all products we sell are under our strict quality policy.
