My Pet World Terms and Conditions

1. Product Returns and Refunds:
   - All sold products via the My Pet World app are non-returnable if they do not meet the refund policy.

2. Exchanged Items Eligibility:
   - Exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the item's quality, or they must be fake, fiddled, or not match the specifications stated on the My Pet World app.
   - Exchanged items must be in their original packaging with all their original content, including accessories and manuals.
   - Exchanged items (unless defective, fake, or fiddled) must be in resellable condition.
   - Products such as shaving equipment and hygiene products are not eligible for exchanges.

3. Refund Policy:
   - You have the right to claim your refund in cash when there is a legitimate case proven. We will not deduct any kind of transaction fees, such as Visa Card/MasterCard/NAPS fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.
   - You have the right to receive your refund within 30 calendar days of your original request.

4. Item Exchange Policy:
   - You have the right to exchange items purchased within 7 calendar days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original sealed packaging.

5. Manufacturer Warranty:
   - Our business provides a manufacturer warranty on products if it applies. We ensure that all products we sell are under our strict quality policy.

6. Pet Services Responsibility:
   - For pet services booked through the My Pet World app, the service provider has the sole responsibility for fulfilling the pet services requirement.

7. Customer Service Commitment:

We try our best to avoid any issues that may arise during the shopping experience with us, so we make sure that all our policies are transparent and simple to understand.
